I always buy tire ins when I buy a car. I somehow manage to find screws and nails in my tires regularly. My most recent was a nail that caused pressure to keep getting low. Dropped off car at 7am for oil change. No communication for 9 hours except a mystery text/photo. I had no idea what it meant. I replied and received no response. Finally I called at 4:30pm No communication for 9 hours except a mystery text/photo. I had no idea what it meant. I replied and received no response. Finally I called at 4:30pm to see if my car was ready. It was. $107 for an oil change? I wasn't expecting that. I got into my car with seat covered in ripped plastic and paper mat still on floor. I have always gone here for my oil changes but I'm not sure I will again. More
