The people were very nice to work with but my car went almost a month without completing the service. They started and then didn't complete. I began calling other service departments to have my car towed almost a month without completing the service. They started and then didn't complete. I began calling other service departments to have my car towed elsewhere at one point. I had to work out two rentals and one loaner car during that time. I had call at least 25 times over the weeks and then in the 4th week I asked for someone higher up before the car was put on the line to get done. I am not sure if it was lack of technicians or poorly run business but it was pretty frustrating. More

Made an appointment for service. They had my truck for 6 days to f8x the air conditioning. Changed me $540 and didn't fix anything. I took it to my normal mechanic and he had it fix within 6 hours and charged me$250.
