AutoNation Chevrolet South Clearwater - Service Center

I was looking for a new GM dealer to service my GM vehicles while I was in Florida. I went to Crown GMC, twice, to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2018 GMC Seirra pick up. Both times th vehicles while I was in Florida. I went to Crown GMC, twice, to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2018 GMC Seirra pick up. Both times they shorted me two quarts of oil. I searched online and found AutoNation Chevrolet. I thought I would give them a shot!! My 2019 Camero had a check engine light on. I arrived and met Michaelangelo Mazza. He was very helpful. I made my appointment online for 8:00 AM. He explained to me that the service techs for drivability issues didn't start until 8:45. He obtained my info, showed me where the customer waiting area was with refreshments. They got my car in right at 8:45. The tech took a look and diagnosed the issue. Michaelangelo found me and explained the issues and my options. The car was barely out of warranty. I explained to him that I had an extended warranty. He got the info out of my car and called the company. He applied the insurance benefit. All I had to pay for was the deductible, plus the other non-covered items I asked to be taken care of. I will definitely be back to have them service my vehicles. More

I brought my car in for vibration in front end & felt in my steering wheel, after my car was in shop for 9 days , 1500.00 later , the work that was done did not resolve my initial issue that it was brought my steering wheel, after my car was in shop for 9 days , 1500.00 later , the work that was done did not resolve my initial issue that it was brought in for. Then I was told my car stillness 5 to 600 work , why wasn't that done at the se time? 😒 After 10 years & 2 cars for the 1st time may be bringing my car elsewhere as I am that dissatisfied with my car repair.
