Brought my 2015 Cruze in for a 12 point inspection. And they called me and said my car needed an oil change ( which I knew it was coming due ) and also coolant exchange and brake fluid exchange and it And they called me and said my car needed an oil change ( which I knew it was coming due ) and also coolant exchange and brake fluid exchange and it cost $645 . Well this seemed awfully high price.so I declined. I knew I could find a reputable automotive department that would charge lesser price and I did for over $300 less. But my issue was not the service dept. they were nice, professional, respectful and can be. It was the dealership itself. Weeks prior I got and email that they wanted to buy my vehicle and if I want to trade in or just curious about how much to was worth. And I responded just curious. My car is in great shape. Clean well taken care of always kept up on oil changes and I’ve kept every other invoice.I didn’t aalways take it to dealership as they were over priced. So the day they were dong my 12 point inspection I received and email again about purchasing my vehicle and wanted me to bring in vehicle. I responded that my vehicle was there at the service dept so go ahead and inspect it. So they emailed me back because since I declined service on oil change and coolant and brake fluid exchange they would offer me $6500 for my vehicle. I responded that it was insult to me and my car for the reason being my car has less than 68000 miles on it .I always took good care it and it’s 2015 Chevy Cruze Ltz RS 1.4/4 cyl turbo. There are small paint chips from road hazard but when I purchased it from this dealership I was told as part of my warranty they even paint chips.also but years ago I inquired about getting them repaired they said it wasn’t in my warranty!? Took 2022 Colorado in as rear camera is not working and it sat for 2 days and was never looked at. Picked it up and have never heard back a week later about getting it resolved. Called multiple time and could never reach the service department. Spoke to call taker and they could not reach them either. Asked on three occasions to have the service manager call me back with no fallo department. Spoke to call taker and they could not reach them either. Asked on three occasions to have the service manager call me back with no fallow through. Took 3 days to even have my truck looked at by anyone all while being told the opposite. I was very disappointed with the communication at every level and to top it off my check engine light came back on the very next day after picking it up. More

My Honda needed a new tire. I bought the car from Autonation Chevrolet and I know a lot of the service people. The tire was ordered and was installed the next day.
