Had to have my car towed in (on a Monday) because it wasn't running, called them to ask if I could have it towed there and when they would have a chance to look at it, I was told early that week. I called that Tuesday evening just to see of they had had a chance to look at it yet was told no which was totally fine. Got a call Wednesday night, hoping it was something about my car but it was more why my keys were there and they had found them then asked me why my car was there. I had already called twice about the vehicle. I again explained the car would turn over but not start. Called them Saturday to see if anything yet, was told they haven't gotten any diagnostics on it yet, couldn't get it into the shop because it wasn't running and that it was probably my motor. Went in Monday (a week later) to talk to a service person and ask some questions about what they wanted to do. They wanted to run a compression test and what the price was. My husband then started asking questions, he told the guy he worked with motors just doesn't have the time to work with the car at the moment and then the guy rudely said then I don't understand what you are trying to ask me then. We decided to have the car picked up since there really hadn't been an update for a week. When I went back in to grab my keys to the vehicle, I asked the guy if I could get my keys to the vehicle so I could just meet the tow company when they got here. After I asked for them he rudely again said when I'm finished with the paperwork. Husband took time off work to look at it and had it running two days later when I couldn't even get clear answers from them for a week. Honestly have no issues with people but when they are snappy and rude that doesn't sit well with me at all. Be kind to your customers. More

My experience at the dealership while getting my oil change was excellent very impressed has been the best ever. I got there at my appointment time was in and out very quickly. While on a kids road trip for soccer across the state, our Suburban's transmission decided to fail. Immediately upon contacting the service department via phone I was connected with Josh where he remained my point of contact throughout scheduling, diagnostics, plans for repairs and cost estimates. Repair consisted of ordering parts with an expected above average wait time that put us into the holiday season. Despite that, the service department worked hard for us to have the repairs completed at a short time we were back in town for family visits. I would not hesitate to go back to Auto Nation in Spokane Valley for service or sales as everyone we met via phone and in person was extremely courteous and hospitable and went out of their way to support us. More
