I've been a service customer at Autonation Timonium for years. It's a good dealership, but I'm not as impressed by my recent experience. On the positive, the dealer fit me in same day after my check engi years. It's a good dealership, but I'm not as impressed by my recent experience. On the positive, the dealer fit me in same day after my check engine light went on, determined what was wrong and that it was covered under warranty, which was helpful. In addition, I had an oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. In the past, tire pressure was checked and/or fixed during the inspection. This time nobody checked the tires, which were 5+pounds light. I had to stop at a gas station on my way home to fix this. Finally, it seemed like the technician must have been in a rush to finish my car since the plastic seat cover, floor mat, and numbered hang tag were strewn about the front. That kind of sloppiness makes me wonder what else was rushed? Overall, I still like this dealership and have recommended them to others, but I hope the high standards I came to expect return soon. More
