His communication was great as he kept me up to speed on the search for my perfect Cruze. They did not have any in stock at the dealer so he found one elsewhere and they went and got it for me. The car looked picture perfect when I went to pick it up and he helped me (an admitted technophobe!) hook up my bluetooth and all the other nifty features included in my deal.
