My daughter 17 took in her car for her first maintenance she was so nervous she was helped by Dante he made her feel welcomed and showed her how to thing flow. I had an 8:00am appointment with Lorenzo Garcia. When I got there he was busy with another customer so I had to find another advisor to take care of me. I'm don't understand why I should make an app When I got there he was busy with another customer so I had to find another advisor to take care of me. I'm don't understand why I should make an appointment if they can't honor it. Anyway, I was taken care of by another advisor but never received a price quote until the work was complete. I also never received a call when the work was completed, I had to call 5 hours later to find my truck was finished. When I got back to the dealership, I paid for the service and the cashier paged on the intercom to have my truck pulled up. I went outside and waited close to 10 minutes before another worker came out and said I should go back in and ask them to page again. I went back in, the cashier paged again, I waited outside for another 5 minutes before I saw Rick Clark, (who has always been a pleasure to work with) so I told him that I've been waiting. Rick immediately went inside and told the porter to get my truck, which he did. From my experience yesterday, the only employee that took care of me was Rick Clark. He deserves praise, while the others were unatentative. More

I booked my appointment on the app a little confusion because they show any record of it in one of their systems but they took care of me, other than that the Customer service was great and the Technici because they show any record of it in one of their systems but they took care of me, other than that the Customer service was great and the Technicians were thorough in their report. I go to this dealership for convenience - it’s the closest to my house. However, it seems that not many technicians or employees of this dealership know how to deal with electric cars, like my Bolt. closest to my house.
