He was very understanding that this was my first car and basically "held my hand" through the entire process. He got me a great deal for a nice and reliable car so I couldnt have asked for more! I have since then used their service station for all of my oil changes, and other odds and ends stuff, and they too are so well accommodating. Any chance I can get to refer a person to buy a car it is always to Mike. I didnt work with anyone else so I am always sure to throw his name out there; as he makes it a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Thank You for all your help Mike (and power chevy!) I came to check out the new camaro ss and compare it to the 5.0 mustang and srt8 challenger. After one sales person went to get the key, a different sales person came out to show me the car. I told the sal the 5.0 mustang and srt8 challenger. After one sales person went to get the key, a different sales person came out to show me the car. I told the sales person that I am comparing the 3 vehicles and intend to buy within a month. After inspecting the car interior, I asked to take it for a test drive and was completely surprised when the sales guy told me "NO, COME BACK IN A MONTH WHEN YOU WILL BUY IT". He then proceeded to close the car and walk away from me. I walked back in and asked to talk to his manager and then he told me "THERE'S NO NEED FOR THAT, I CAN LET YOU TEST OUT A USED MODEL". I cannot believe how I was treated and will never buy, nor suggest to anyone to buy, from this dealership. I am still in disbelief in the rude and ignorant way I was treated at this dealership by this sales person. More
Service department is more interested in selling expensive services rather than take care of the problem I went in for. Then they over charged $185 for a simple adjustment of the hood bracket. What expensive services rather than take care of the problem I went in for. Then they over charged $185 for a simple adjustment of the hood bracket. What a rip off. The service department and in particular Ken seem more interested in making sales than providing a service to the customer. I want someone who is focused on the problem on my car not making a commission. I told Ken that I did not trust him anymore than a used car salesman. On my way out while paying for the bill I noticed a sign in the wall that said “we want to be sure your experience is satisfactory” or something to that effect. I wonder what happened to that motto in the service force. In 1964 General Motors sold 64% of all cars in the USA. Now it is less than 17%. My GTO is a great car, with comparable quality to any car in its class. Now I can understand why their market share has slipped. More
