From the beginning, Kory was incredibly helpful and patient as we worked through several different scenarios to make sure the vehicle was safe and the right fit for a new driver. What really stood out was his no-pressure, no-hassle approach. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and never made us feel rushed or pushed into anything. Kory was also very responsive with communication, quickly getting back to us and keeping us updated throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond, coordinating with multiple departments to make sure everything we needed was handled. Anytime we requested something additional, he made it happen promptly and professionally. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the level of service we received. The absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a brand new Z71 suburban from them less than 6 months ago, and was absolutely upsold on the “ser with. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a brand new Z71 suburban from them less than 6 months ago, and was absolutely upsold on the “service” they would be providing. Every time I try to take my car in to replace a faulty piece or part, they force me to wait several days to weeks and say that I have to leave my car with them and do not provide any alternative or any solution to my problem. No loaner vehicle was offered and they said the earliest they could get to my car was two weeks on the latest issue that should merely require an hour to see inspect and order the required part. These people are understaffed and straight up rude. The salesperson who sold me the car, Nizar, tries to play middle man and still doesn’t help. Only sorry but “it is what it is” and “other customers have far more important problems than you do”. Im sorry, but I did not pay for that type of service. Avoid these people like the plague. More
