My service rep was Jaden Selucky. He was the best Rep ever. He was nice, helpful and considerate. A huge negative was the fact that I had an appointment for 1045 and was told that when I got there it wou ever. He was nice, helpful and considerate. A huge negative was the fact that I had an appointment for 1045 and was told that when I got there it would be a two hour wait even though I had an appointment. This is very unprofessional. Please do not offer appointment times if they’re not going to be honored. You need more reps like Jaden. More

Overall we have been very pleased with Autonation and bought 3 cars from them so far. The service has always been great. Best price we found! Did take almost 3 hours just to get paperwork done and we agreed to buy warranty for 4000 and somehow our finance price went up 8000 so make sure you look at all the numbers not just th paperwork done and we agreed to buy warranty for 4000 and somehow our finance price went up 8000 so make sure you look at all the numbers not just the payment More
