AutoNation Chevrolet West Austin - Service Center

It took 3 weeks for them to test my transmission in a Chevy Silverado. They have 1 transmission machine for the entire Austin metropolitan area. After first new-vehicle oil change, I checked the oil level. It is over the full limit on the dipstick. Too much oil in the crankcase will damage the engine. They had my car for 8 days and hadn’t touched it. There has to be a better way to conduct business. All it needed was replacement of negative and positive battery cables.
