It would have been 5 stars but the tech (who wasn’t my normal tech) tried to upsell me on a differential service. I have been taking my truck in for service since I bought it. I only have one suggestion, after the oil change is done the area under the oil filter should be completely wiped down. After I got home and parked my truck in the driveway, I found several oils spots on the driveway. I should not have to crawl under my truck to make sure the old oil is wiped down. In the past I pointed out the oil to the guy who did the oil change and he quickly sprayed degreaser in the area, even after he had done it already.
