Kip is a great help and a great manager, he helped us almost immediately when we came inside to drop our car off for an oil change. A recall to update the control module software was the basis for this visit. Instead of having to leave my vehicle for the day, my service representative informed me that this would be accomplished in abo basis for this visit. Instead of having to leave my vehicle for the day, my service representative informed me that this would be accomplished in about an hour and said I could wait. Terrific! More

I am a returning customer to Autonation Ram Arapahoe. I came in for an oil change, but a software upgrade went wrong and a new steering rack module was needed. The part was backordered there was no ETA o I came in for an oil change, but a software upgrade went wrong and a new steering rack module was needed. The part was backordered there was no ETA on resolution, but Bill was fast and helped getting real time information and set me up with a loaner until they could procure the part for my truck. In less than a week they found the part, replaced it and its all good. Great experience and Bill made sure that I had everything I needed while they were working on my truck. More
