The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The time we spent during the purchase process was longer than expected. There was a bit of pressure to buy which was expected, but they did allow us 24 hours to think on the vehicle and we extended that to 48 hours when we indicated we would purchase. If I had to do over again I would ask to drive it overnight to better examine the vehicle without a sales person in the car with us on a test drive and driving on roads we would like to test on. We were contacted by email and phone about 5 times during those 48 hours both by managers and sales which felt a bit much to me. The price was non-negotiable and added taxes above the "out the door" price. They did offer 2 free gas fill-ups totaling about $50. When they ask if there's anything they can do to get your business and do not negotiate price, what exactly do they mean? If I had more time I have a list I would have put forth to see what happened. I was in business for years. I told General Mills Restaurant group Red Lobster corporate management was going to ruin the company. They laughed at me. 18 months later they begin closing over 1000 stores and would end up giving or selling it back to Dardin Enterprizes in Waycross Georgia. Thousands of Employees would lose their jobs. Exact similar situation with Sears first and then K-Mart, Burdines in Orlando, Circuit City in Boca Raton Florida, and other smaller businesses. CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE will always be the key to Great Sucess. My service writer, Chad Rowley was outstanding. I really appreciated the great service. Took my truck in for all the recalls it has on it, turns out Ram hasn’t released any fixes yet. So they checked the truck and changed a couple air filters. I asked if they had been able to fix the check engine light or at least clear the codes and was told the codes were cleared, check engine light was no longer on. When I go to pick it up, the check engine light is on so I go back inside to talk to one of the service advisors and he checks the paperwork that shows they ran the OBDII, had the codes for things that could have been fixed and hoped a software update would fix the check engine light. I’m sure if it’s just pure laziness, incompetence or what that plagues this dealership and service center but I would avoid this place. They clearly cannot do the simplest things right. The second service advisor tried to be helpful but there wasn’t much for him to do since he wasn’t involved in the first place. More
