Sales rep was good but I’m questioning the 125 point certification process. I’ve had the car for less than a week and the wipers were bad, the hood release is broken and some of the lights flicker. I was going to a Dodge dealership at another location and had some bad experiences, so I started to come to Auto Nation Dodge Arapahoe about a year ago for service on our Dodge Durango.
