None of the seats or mirrors appeared to be adjusted by the service dept. so I didn't have to spend time re-adjusting. A very positive experience. I needed the service department to change my battery. I took it in and they said it was going to be ready by 11:30 that day. Well the battery that they ordered was the wrong one and two hours later the I took it in and they said it was going to be ready by 11:30 that day.
