Just traded in my Audi for a Jeep all thanks to jimmy and his team. I had the help of Tim and Becca to get me the best tour of this car and sold me within minutes. Mr Lonnie helped me and this man was very very unprofessional to say the least. He said if I couldn’t afford the protection I shouldn’t get the car, made fun of my signature claiming I should sign my full name, and that I wouldn’t be able the trade in the vehicle at all etc.. the list goes on and on this man was so rude it almost made me want to take back the whole car. Lonnie needs a reality check not sure if he knows this drives away customers not bring them closer. Once again thank you to Jimmy and his team for everything they do. More
