Everyone in the service department I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Our service at the time could not be completed because the computer update was not available for a 2022 truck. This is the second experience I have had since AutoNation took over from Peacock Chrysler. Shiloh greeted me and directed me to Chris for my oil change. On my way to the waiting area I saw Scott the general took over from Peacock Chrysler. Shiloh greeted me and directed me to Chris for my oil change. On my way to the waiting area I saw Scott the general manager and thanked him for the quick and efficient service his staff gave me. I got there at 8:00 and Chris brought me my paperwork a few minutes before 9:00. I have been getting oil changes for three years and never got one done so fast. The service keeps getting better. More
