Her willingness to work out the details of the warranty cost was done cheerfully and professionally. I feel she is a great asset to the company and I am glad the dealership has someone there who appreciates a customer and gives the proper customer service to make that person want to come back. She treated me as a friend and I felt very comfortable with her in charge of my car. Reggie was friendly and kept me informed on the progress of the car. I had expressed an interest in some floor mats that were on display across from his desk. When he saw there was only one left in the style I liked, he put it aside for me and I was able to purchase it when I picked up my car. While he was setting up the loaner car he was cheerful, even ran to put some gas in it for me. He quickly cleaned off some soil that had gotten on the upholstery in the area of the repair on my car. His customer service was excellent and I look forward to returning to him when service work needs to be done. More
