I brought my vehicle in back in mid-June due to a knocking noise. As expected, working with a warranty company can take some time, and the process ended up being about 5–6 weeks as additional repairs knocking noise. As expected, working with a warranty company can take some time, and the process ended up being about 5–6 weeks as additional repairs were identified beyond the lifters. There was some back and forth while everything was being sorted out, which made it a longer process than anticipated. That said, I do want to recognize the team for sticking with it and continuing to work through the situation. I especially appreciate that management stepped in, helped navigate the challenges, and made sure we were taken care of. They addressed other concerns along the way and ultimately got everything resolved. In the end, I’m thankful for the effort put in to make things right and ensure my vehicle was properly repaired.
