The only thing i can say about this dealership is STEER CLEAR. The service department, though improved with the hiring of Sallie, is still a long way from good. I have several examples of issues they specifically caused, and some they didn't. The 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn 4x4 I have is busted from the jump. 52K miles both exhaust manifolds cracked. Replaced. 64k miles both manifolds cracked again, replaced with aftermarket headers. 74k miles, rear differential went out. Replacement took months... 8 months. Working with this specific service department was brutal. They ordered the wrong parts even though I did the research ahead of time and told them what to order, they did it their way and extended the time by months. When i was supposed to receive the truck, someone had hit it in their parking lot, they repaired it, but delayed delivery by a month. My battery died as they didnt start the truck for months... they did replace it without fuss. 81k miles, rear differential went out again. They had to rebuild it... which is cause for concern. 84k miles, front differential went out, and the same service department replaced it with a new unit, took three months. The "technician" installed my crossmember backward (even though there is an arrow that states "front" next to it. 84K miles, when I received my truck back, the sunroof didnt work. Its a mystery why, but I replaced the motors with an EBAY replacement from a wrecked truck. 104k miles, the battery previously installed died. they replaced without fuss, only because Sallie and I are pretty much buddies by now. I have had several open claims with Stellantis on this truck. Worst quality I have witnessed in a vehicle so far. Last time I ever get suckered out of $69k More

On Feb. 18, my wife and I worked with Eric and worked out a good deal on my trade and a new truck but when we got to finance we received the hard sell on add 18, my wife and I worked with Eric and worked out a good deal on my trade and a new truck but when we got to finance we received the hard sell on additional products. During the signing we asked to register my Armed Forces DV plate on the truck instead of a new plate and was told no problem. We did not leave with the truck that night, because it some little body issues that they were going to repair. After leaving the shop, not even an hour later, I called finance and left a message that I wanted to cancel some purchased products and redo the contract, I even called the different salesman that helped Eric and told him, he told me I would have to resign (no problem I told him) Went to get truck the next day and they said the paper was already submitted. Gave me info to cancel things myself (what a goat rope that was). Went to get my sticker only, today Mar.28 and had both new plates and sticker, finance manager told me they couldn't change the plate during titling, that I now have to do it. Long story short, I will never purchase here again, due to terrible finance practices WATCH OUT IN FINANCE More
