I was not gonna leave a bad review if they at least return my email, but since they didn’t, here it goes… Bought a car there, like all other dealers, time to sell, they are all your friends! When you need something, they don’t get back to your email. They promised my car was all checked up, not really. Engine air filter awful dirty! I mean, really bad! Cabin filter the same, lots of dry leaves and dead bugs inside the filter! Wiper blades dry and not doing a good job! Sent email to them explaining the problems, but of course, no response. Those are simple things that cost nothing to the dealer to replace, but the thing is all about making more money on the customer! Really disappointed on how they treated me not answering my email. This car will be changed pretty soon, and I was hoping to do business with them again, no more! So if you deal with those guys, check all those things before you buy a car there, because they WILL rip you off! All those things make me think, did they change my oil?? Drove 500 miles with the car, went to change the oil, was disgusting dirty, black! So no, they DID NOT change the oil either! Open your eyes with AUTONATION! More
