Honestly, in the past this dealer ship had left a bad taste in my mouth. Took Ram to get serviced (running hot) & diagnostic took 6 days. Once found problem said I needed to replace water pump & hose. This was not the problem! Took to another place (auto shop) & replaced the h 6 days. Once found problem said I needed to replace water pump & hose. This was not the problem!
