Awful service - had 20k checkup and they forgot to put in the oil filter. They towed the car after I broke down on side of the road and returned it to my house later that evening covered in oil. Service advisor Korey Austrie was professional answered all my technical questions. Answered the phone early next morning when I called for my Ram 3500 truck. He gets five star rating from me.
