Took my Chrysler Pacifica in to check on a possible transmission problem. The Service Department (Derrick) and Service Technician (Jason) were exceptional. I bought the car. Got it checked and they said there was an oil leak. Took to back to dealer and they would not service it. Said come back. We returned and it needs a Got it checked and they said there was an oil leak. Took to back to dealer and they would not service it. Said come back. We returned and it needs a large repair. Was told that the car had been checked and the report says it is all fine and no oil leaked yet one day after buying it there was a long term oil leak. More
