Update, Melanie has now promised us that this has been resolved, She has issued temporary tags for a 5th time emailed them to me and represented that I should put them on my dashboard as it is a printed version of the dealer tags. NG. She indicated that their expediting agent will be forwarding the new plates to NJ when my step son is still in Houston till the end of september. NG She indicated the general manager Kolby Wahl was in, and I requested a call back from him and that I would expect a call, yet we got a text from her to expect a call from whoever the director is, that the GM is actually not in.... Left this terrible rating on dealer rater, and have not received a call back from the GM. Have left VM and Email messages. So here we sit 122 days later, Irate, disturbed, with no resolution. Again, all of this is not acceptable.

Ok, now I have recieved the dealer plates that were overnighted to me, however they were sent to me in NJ. Even though I requested that my stepson will be in Houston till September and asked and reasked for them to be sent to him. Melanie also indicated "dealership is not so wrong that it usually takes 90 days to get out of state plates", "And its only been 120 days", odd since we went on dealer rater we recieved them in a few days... ALso did not get a call from the General Manager. Once again, the non responsiveness of this dealership, and choosing to sweep everything under the rug, leads to this consumer providing the worse of all reviews. Buyer beware, noone deserves hassles, lies, nonresponsiveness and not being heard or being told stories. "I asked for the plates to be sent to my son." Twice. Where is the GM on this? Im awaiting a call and an apology. For all of this.
