Had to take my23 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a recall. Just got the letter the day before. But the service techs and writers took me in immediately and got this recall inspection done in an hour. I’ve had several visits to this location. I’ve bought Jeeps, had service done and called in with questions. I have not been disappointed with anyone or anything. Failure to communicate, through the entire process. Did not provided a full quote for work ahead of work. Pricing of components double that of those shown on the Mopar website.
