They are not responsive in the service department at all. I spent 2 months trying to get warranty service completed. I had to hound the service rep he never reached out once on his own accord. As always my vehicle was serviced without problems. I waited and it took about 1 hour as I was told it would take. Service completed and vehicle washed and returned to me. Great! Had to take my23 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a recall. Just got the letter the day before. But the service techs and writers took me in immediately and got this recall inspection done in an hour.
