I will never use this service department again. They had my son's car for over a month and the only way we finally got their attention was to go down to the dealership in person and demand to spea They had my son's car for over a month and the only way we finally got their attention was to go down to the dealership in person and demand to speak to the Service Department Manager. They wouldn't answer the phone, return phone calls, return text messages until days later. This company is clearly not concerned about customer service. I have two Dodge vehicles and will never bring any of my vehicles ever again to AutoNation Dodge Katy. In addition, we are in the market for a new vehicle for myself and had planned to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I will also not buy from their dealership. Their horrible customer service and lack of communication just cost them a customer for years to come. I will also make sure to let all of my co-workers and friends know about my experience. If it was possible to give ZERO stars on this review I would have. More

Everything was good until we picked up our jeep. Us and another customer were standing at the desk for pickup nobody around except a girl in the back desk.
