The attention was good, but due to the inexperience of the person who attended me, I paid more for the oil change. Supposedly I had an oil change coupon available, then he informed me that I didn't have the person who attended me, I paid more for the oil change. More than 4 hours to get an oil change. Ridiculous. I made an appointment and still took them 4 hours to get my vehicle ready, unfortunately the shuttle got a nail on one of the tires so it Ridiculous. I spoke with the manager and he did not take good when I complained about the excessive time it was taking for the oil change, his only response was that the appointment was to set a check in time but there are no guarantees for a quick service. Finally, my vehicle was ready and nobody called me to notify that I was ready. I happened to be around and stopped by to check on the status. No apologizes whatsoever, just excuses. I will try to avoid this dealership next time I need to service my Jeep. More
