scheduled a 330 appointment for my Jeep for the express oil change package I purchased. I mentioned that to the person on the phone and she said I would have to leave my car for four or five days if I wanted it looked at which was totally unacceptable. I arrived to my appointment 30 minute’s early and they quickly took my vehicle and sent me to the waiting area. 2.5 hours later I got my car back for a scheduled express oil change. I am thinking this is an AutoNation issue because last year I took my Ford Ranger into the Ford store for a waiter oil change appointment and when I finally lost my patience waiting after 3 hours I checked with the service advisor and he said he was sorry but they hadn’t started on my vehicle yet. I took my keys and left. Both stores are in Katy and both have horrible service. More
Great experience, I showed up at 10:30 my appt time, there were already 8 cars in front of me. Thought I would be there all day, I was able to walk and grab lunch and the whole process was 45 mins. Derrick was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. They serviced my Jeep at the time reserved and he provided an accurate time of completion. Was quick and easy to schedule. My service advisor was Alex. He was really nice and helped me determine if I actually needed the service I was requesting. They were supposed to call by 5 but I didn’t realize the time until 6 and they were closing at 7. If I hadn’t called at 6 I wouldn’t have been able to pick up and I absolutely needed my car back that evening. More
