By far the worse experience. On May 11, 2022, I took my car to AutoNation and was serviced by Alejandro. Nice guy. He informed us that a diagnosis for our 2013 Jeep Grand Cheroke On May 11, 2022, I took my car to AutoNation and was serviced by Alejandro. Nice guy. He informed us that a diagnosis for our 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Laredo) would be completed by May 13, 2022. They offered us a ride to the nearest rental place. The ride was over an hour late, forcing us to take an Uber. We call on May 16, 2022 because we didn’t hear anything. Alejandro still didn’t know what was wrong with the car. We finally hear on May 18, that the transmission fluid was low. We call our warranty. AutoNation is extremely over prices, charging almost $200 an hour, they come back with a $8k bill. We choose to pay for the diagnosis and take the car elsewhere. On May 28, 2022, we attempt to pick up the car and the car does not move. Despite us driving the vehicle to AutoNation. On May 31, Alejandro tells me that the mechanic emptied out the transmission fluid and that’s why it wouldn’t drive. I am still waiting for a response as to the status of my vehicle. I would never take my vehicle or recommend anyone to that AutoNation. I have first hand accounts from 2 other customers that had a horrible experience. More
Really disappointing. They accepted a $1,000 deposit for a custom ordered vehicle, but forgot about it when doing all the finance paperwork. Since the paperwork was almost done when my husband asked about it, the finance guy, Hunter conveyed that he was “processing it separately now” and it would show up as a refund on my card in 3-5 business days. That was 11 days ago and nothing is processed or pending. I sent an email, left a voicemail, and even called the sales department and was told he was heading to the office and would call me back asap. That was days ago and nothing. No call. No email. No text. No refund. Horrible customer service from the finance department. More
Brought jeep in for shifting issue. Would not go over 30mph. 4 days later was told front wheel bearings were out. Luckily, parts were not available. Took to another dealership. I went to the express lane for an oil change, it was a holiday and It looked like they were understaffed and I waited 10 mins for someone to come speak with me. With that said, the technician who assisted holiday and It looked like they were understaffed and I waited 10 mins for someone to come speak with me. With that said, the technician who assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly. The wait time was 2.5 hours but he managed to follow up and get me out in less than 2! I recommend this service, but would not advise to drop in especially during weekends or holidays! More
