My auto service went very smooth. Booked appointment online, arrived early, but my service agent Alejandro was very accomodating. He even proposed a wash, which was a nice touch. Terrible, service department. Service agent could not solve problems with service management or parts department. Parts department always blamed for wrong part numbers and locatio Service agent could not solve problems with service management or parts department. Parts department always blamed for wrong part numbers and location of parts. I had to find part and drive 3hrs to retrieve part myself. Collision Estimator said he did not work for AutoNation but for a different entity and blamed his problems on AutoNation. More
