The sales associate Mr.Carlos made sure each step goes smoothly and successfully by explaining everything.He is a wonderful sales person taking care of customers as a family member and made sure that their needs are met within his capacity! Also Mr.Raheem the finance manager helped us to successfully finish the finance process with extended warranty and he is a great guy too! Buying a car is never a pleasant experience but some dealerships are better than others about at least trying to please the customer. The customer service is rated low because on two separate occasions dealerships are better than others about at least trying to please the customer. The customer service is rated low because on two separate occasions they tried to pull fast ones! I would recommend them but with caveats. More

It's a nice place, quick service. One caveat though. My service advisor had a slight accent and when he told the technician to put the windshield wipers on my van it was probably misu One caveat though. My service advisor had a slight accent and when he told the technician to put the windshield wipers on my van it was probably misunderstood as Ram. The Ram got my new wipers. Upon my inspection of my van the advisor figured out that the wipers were on another vehicle and the wipers were removed from the Ram and put on my Van. More
