Took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation, 2+ hours later i finally received it back. I booked an appointment online and checked in to my appointment in advance, thinking it would be similar to a hours later i finally received it back. Apparently, making a reservation is only good for making sure you get service that day and does not mean you will get service at that time. I would highly recommend not paying for this package if you buy a vehicle from them. It's not worth it. More
