Got the deal we wanted on the Jeep we ordered and financed for the amount agreed upon... with some work. We ordered the Wrangler in November, it was built, but delayed due to a rail issue in transpo financed for the amount agreed upon... with some work. We ordered the Wrangler in November, it was built, but delayed due to a rail issue in transport. We received the Jeep mid March. The original deal we struck with the salesman, Caleb, was honored. Then, we met with the financing manager, who tried to be relentless with the aftermarket/extended service contracts. We stuck to our guns and FINALLY signed the finance papers and left. From the time we arrived to the time we drove out was 4 hours. A long time in my opinion. We should have been in and out in less than 90 minutes. I recommend buying here, but if you don't want the extended services, be prepared to deal with the finance person. I'll only mention the name of the salesperson we dealt with because it was a positive experience. The negative experience, why mention names? Probably his job description. More

I bought my Jeep Renegade 2017 from this dealer AUTO NATION JEEP KATY since 2020...and until right now the car is in the good performance and condition..is all because of their after sales service..espe NATION JEEP KATY since 2020...and until right now the car is in the good performance and condition..is all because of their after sales service..especially one of their service advisor Mr.Alejandro Soto Perez..even my car was a used ones,since beginning he took care my Renegade seriously for routine service and solve any issue rightaway at no time..Alex is a good worker and did the job satisfiedly.Thank You Alex and Thank You Auto Nation Jeep Katy for all you guys had done before-now-and the future.
