I waited 6 weeks for slush mats and a headliner insulation to arrive. I also specifically asked to have a tire pressure sensor replaced because a tire installer (not the dealer) previously broke i insulation to arrive. When I arrived, for my scheduled appointment, the dealer took 7 hours and then told me they needed my vehicle overnight because they did not have the tire pressure sensor in stock and needed to order it. Very poor preparation. More
