I found the truck online and the price was awesome especially for the options so I went to the dealership to have a peek and I got very lucky that the salesperson was super nice and very knowledgeable especially for the options so I went to the dealership to have a peek and I got very lucky that the salesperson was super nice and very knowledgeable and kept things moving along. The whole process was fast and without issue, all the employees were friendly and helpfull especially the sales associate CiCi who even delivered my truck late that Sunday once detail had finished. While I was waiting for my truck to be finished, I went to the show room to see what beauties they had. And there she was... 2026 RHO. Fernando did approach me, and we talked about the truck. He was knowledgeable about this truck. Well, I usually will only talk to salesmen / women if they have a good personality. We laughed and got down to the nuts and bolts. well, I left with the RHO that night. Fernando got the price I wanted for my old truck and worked on the rates. Then came Nick. The finance genius. Sold me My dream truck and I couldn't be happier. If you want the care and to feel appreciated go see them. I will be back and a customer for life. Thank you Fernando and Nick More
I bought a car for my daughter outright in June. I was quoted a $100 deductible for the platinum VPP plan but when I received the electronic paperwork, it was $200. The finance manager Vinh Huynh (Nick), sold me on the policy stating we could have service done outside of the dealer for this quoted $100. He was quite charming and seemed honest...at the time. He said an outside shop may even waive the deductible because it was so low. Another reason this sold me was because the previous lemon (Chrysler Town and Country) I purchased (and traded for my daughters car) from AN had myriad issues from the date of delivery. Every service done by this dealer took way too long (i.e. 2 months for one!) and they always tried to charge for these issues that came inherent with the vehicle (even though it "passed" their 120 point check). Nick backed this up and agreed by stating their service department was "xxxx and even he would NOT have his cars (a corvette and ?) worked on there. It was quite the DISHONEST sales pitch. When finally receiving the electronic paperwork and car (there was a delay getting it ready), I noticed the discrepancy. I contacted Nick, Jose Hernandez (salesperson), and Erik Michel by email several times, getting no resolve, I had to go back to the dealership. I was told, they couldn't lower the deductible. I lost total confidence in all things associated with AN. I decided to drop the policy as well as the additional VCP. According to the policy, that process had to be done in person. Making my fourth trip back to the dealership, I was finally able to get the cancelation paperwork signed on July 18th. I was told I would get a check in 6-8 weeks, even though I paid by cash and credit card on the day of purchase. Today (8/4), I checked on the status. Much to my surprise both policies are still active. I was told by VCP/VPP customer service (#1-800-594-8424) rep Jacylyn that I needed to return AGAIN to the dealer and have them PROCESS the cancelation. I have a picture copy of the actual cancelation request (this place will NOT give you paper copies of anything) showing the date of 7/18/25. I will be returning today, to hopefully get resolution and a refund in hand. The rep said could indeed be done, even though I was told by Nick I had to wait for a check. We shall see... My recommendation: Take caution if you are considering buying from ANY AutoNation (read: go anywhere else if at all possible). Always ask for PRINTED copies of the paperwork and THOROUGHLY check that paperwork for discrepancies against the verbal commitments. More
Purchasing my 2024 Chevy equinox premier was a smooth and flawless process. Did not take all day like most dealers. I was given a very fair amount for my trade-in also.
