I'm in Arizona, we have extreme temperatures of more than 100 °F and the dealer returned my unmanable car because they blocked the air conditioning during an official warranty repair of the brand. The dealer 100 °F and the dealer returned my unmanable car because they blocked the air conditioning during an official warranty repair of the brand. The dealer gave me the car with the "Review engine" light off because they erased the old catalyst codes. When they did that deletion, they restarted the computer (PCM), which blocked the air conditioning. The computer has not been able to reactivate the air compressor because it detects the code P0128, which they caused because I gave them the car with the air conditioning working perfectly. They refuse to finish the purge work that corresponds to them due to the catalyst repair procedure and they want to charge me for an additional diagnosis. His justification is that the code P0128 was stored when I delivered the car. I explained to them that before they worked on the change of the catalyst the air conditioning worked perfectly. They erased the codes by force to give me the car without lights on the dashboard, but by doing that erasing they froze the air conditioning system or it may also be that it detects the temperature problem (P0128) caused by the air they left trapped in the hoses. The communication is abysmal. I was not told the truth about how long before dropping my vehicle off. It shouldn't take 4 days just for you to look at a vehicle. Then another day I was not told the truth about how long before dropping my vehicle off. It shouldn't take 4 days just for you to look at a vehicle. Then another day to diagnose. I had to call for any updates, there was no communication. I was told to bring it back "whenever I wanted" by Robert. We'll when I brought it back Robert wasn't there. He had said leave it the night before and they will fix it the next day. I would have it back before close. We'll, when I brought it back he wasn't there. Someone else that talked like he had something in his mouth and was bored to death of the conversation asked "what can we do for you." I told him about the part needing replaced and he literally told me there was no record of my vehicle being in the shop before. That he had to start over because Robert wasn't there. It had 3 recalls cleared when it was there!!!! There were 2 parts ordered. Wth??? He said he would call back in a couple hours, never did. I called 6 times no answer and it just hung up after so long. I went down there because I had not heard anything at 5 pm. When I got there everyone was sarcastic and rude. I was told that it would take another day maybe 2. Ridiculous. No one could be friendly or tell me what was going on. I heard at least 10 excuses mostly that "Robert isn't here and he should have pre warned me" but he didn't. When you walk in no one greets you or is friendly. Everyone just stares. They are all chit chatting yet no one can answer the phone. I had about 3k worth of work done and if I had a choice I would take it somewhere else. Yes I finally had enough and requested a manager who helped but why did it have to go that far before someone else realized this was a crappy customer experience? I would describe the place as a circus More
This is the second Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased from this dealership and the service we received from our sales associate, Jose Alvarez Hernandez, and the finance manger, Max Cooper, was exceptiona from this dealership and the service we received from our sales associate, Jose Alvarez Hernandez, and the finance manger, Max Cooper, was exceptional. We lost our first Jeep in an auto accident, so we needed to replace it. Jose found us the perfect vehicle after listening to what we wanted. Max helped us finance it and transferred our previous Jeep's service warranties over to our new vehicle purchase. They were so helpful and kind and really helped relieve some of the stress of losing our original car in the accident. I will definitely use this dealership for service and to purchase a vehicle in the future. More
The service member for our repair was really kind and communicative. But...our car (after 1 year of purchase) had a major engine issue that was covered under the warranty we purchased at Autonation. We communicative. But...our car (after 1 year of purchase) had a major engine issue that was covered under the warranty we purchased at Autonation. We had to wait a week for the repairs because of the loopholes to use our warranty- then the repair was not done right and our car is back in the shop again for -who knows how long? The whole process has been incredibly inconvenient and frustrating for us (the customers) and everything has been on our time and dime (gas to drive to and from multiple times, towing, rental car). This whole process screams to never purchase from Autonation again. More
I bought a car from this business and I was told the tires were good. A month later I take the car in to get the oil changed. The person who I talked to said I need brand new tires and an alignment whic tires were good. A month later I take the car in to get the oil changed. The person who I talked to said I need brand new tires and an alignment which would cost approximately $1000.00. Is this how honest businesses operate? Sell a car and say everything is good and then have to purchase new stuff one month later because the services section say it needs to replaced? I think the person who sold me the car was honest but I don't trust the services department. I think the tires are good and I think he's trying to get me to pay more for something that shouldn't be necessary quite just yet. I bought the car from the same business a month before I got the oil changed at that same business. More
