I went on line to set up an appointment. There was one the following afternoon. So I grabbed that one. When I showed up and went through through the service issues, the manager asked me if they had told me it may be a while? Who? I signed up for an appointment on line. I only got a confirmation. As it turned out - my car sat at the dealer for SEVEN days before they even looked at it! After calling twice - they finally STARTED to work on it on Day 8!!!! I could understand if I just randomly walked in with my car. But if you allow me to set an appointment you need to have the resources to service my car in a timely manner. Worse case someone should have called me back as soon as I set the appointment online and advise me that their turn around times were over a week! More

I have a 2919 dodge 1500 longhorn with only 15300 miles on it. I got up the other morning and went to start the vehicle and it was dead. My husband finally was able to get the vehicle started and at that on it. I got up the other morning and went to start the vehicle and it was dead. My husband finally was able to get the vehicle started and at that time we noticed that the check engine light was on so we headed to the nearest dealership which was AutoNations. Upon arrival you could tell they were irritated that we had arrived without an appointment and for that they had us wait in our vehicle for 20 minutes in the drive till they finally sent over a service advisor. Upon letting the advisor know of our problem we asked for an oil change and tire rotation be done in addition to the warranty work and we were informed it would be the following day before we would get my vehicle back. This I understood due to not having an appointment but also did not have a choice due to the vehicle not starting. The vehicle is still under the factory warranty so we wanted to make sure that the issues were addressed by a dodge dealership. The next day we had not heard from them so we called to check on the status of the repairs at 3:00 pm and were informed that the vehicle had not been looked at. We had a very long conversation and made two calls for the service manager and never received a call back from him and were told that he was unavailable. Their lack of communication and the fact that they could care less if the product they sell is also serviced by them is pathetic. We were actually told to come pick it up and take it elsewhere rather than try and come up with a solution for me to be able to get to work since they did not deliver on the repairs. Beware of this dealership as there is no customer service and I would never be able to tell a friend or family what a great experience this dealership provides. They don’t care and they let you know your business to them is not important. More
