Really poor experience and cannot get the service manager to respond. I brought my Ram 1500 for scheduled service...Oil & Filter, Cabin air filter and tire rotation. I mentioned to the service advisor that the rear driver side tire was registering low @ 28 lbs when I started the truck and that I wanted them to check the tire for damage that would need repair. I arrived @ 7:30 and was given an estimate of 8:15 for completion as I was waiting it was finished at 9:30 or so I thought. They actually failed to do the tire rotation and also never checked the tire for damage. As I was now running late I got in and started driving and the TPMS warning came on low tire pressure. I called the service advisor and he said oh the tech said he couldn't find the wheel lock key so he didn't do the rotation. The key was in the truck! no one ever mentioned it or asked if I had the key they just didn't do the work. Remember it took 2 hours to do an oil change and cabin filter change. I asked the advisor to have the service mgr call me and I have not heard from anyone. I have contacted Chrysler customer care as I took the truck to Discount Tire to have it checked and there was a nail in the tread and since I tow an RV trailer is a serious safety concern. I plan on contacting the dealership general manager next to see if the indifference toward customers is pervasive and comes from the leadership. More

We purchased a new vehicle 18 months ago from AutoNation and now it has just over 20k miles on it. It has been in the shop 9 times for several different issues. This last issue causes the brakes to vibrat and now it has just over 20k miles on it. It has been in the shop 9 times for several different issues. This last issue causes the brakes to vibrate, shake, and pulse like the ABS is activated. Took the car in 4 times and they've had it for more than 45 days just this year. Filed a Lemon Law claim one month ago. Someone at the dealership acknowledged to our attorney that the complaint was received and that they would contact us the same day. It's been more than 2 weeks now - no call. I have to borrow a vehicle from my disabled mother just to get the kids back and forth to school. Sadly, this lack of communication is par for the course. We had poor communication during the sales process, poor communication during routine service, and now poor communication with a significant issue. Just avoid if at all possible. Oil changes take days. They will hold on to the vehicle and won't tell you what is going on unless you pester the snot out of them. And heaven forbid you have a significant safety issue....... Lastly - my service rep - Ahmed - has been the one bright spot in all of this. He is understanding, listens to my concerns, and is genuinely helpful. It's too bad the management there is so utterly useless. More
