Took 2020 Dodge has 30 k mikes has an exhaust leak due to crack in head, of course the part is on back order and I have to drive and consider damaging my engine due to this issue. Several weeks ago, after an extensive Internet search, I found the exact combination of model, color and options in a new Grand Cherokee that I was looking for and it was in transit to AutoNation in Phoenix found the exact combination of model, color and options in a new Grand Cherokee that I was looking for and it was in transit to AutoNation in Phoenix. I contacted Daniel and we started the purchase process over the phone even though I was over 300 miles away. Daniel was super responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire purchase cycle. Three weeks after the initial phone call, we drove down to Phoenix, traded in our older Grand Cherokee and drove out with the brand new one. I was prepared for some last minute hiccups or negotiations. There were none. The price quoted for my trade in was fair and honored. There were no unexpected surcharges on the purchase price and we even ended up with a full tank of gas. I would definitely drive the 300 miles again to deal with Daniel and Autonation. More
