When we first arrived, we were not rushed upon by anyone, no one was too over eager to engage with us. We were allowed time to browse. Not the typical experience we have seen in the past. We were sure what we were looking for, but then there were two trucks to choose from. After going back and forth on them, Riad was VERY patient with us and were never rushed, we made our choice. John, the sales manager, engaged with us several times during the process and help us feel totally comfortable with all things. We did have to follow-up a few time after for some minor things, but all around, we felt good. Thanks AutoNation!! We Love our RAM 1500, the white one! More
I waited on AutoNation one way or another the past month to address issues with my new purchase. I purchased the truck from AutoNation Dodge with the check engine light on and a faulty screen. They agreed to cover the check engine light, but at the time of sale I was not aware of the screen and only brought it to the dealerships attention the Following day, well within my return time on the truck. The gentleman the night before who sold me the warranty package was explicitly clear on the fact that it covered everything, bumper to bumper on my vehicle. I didn't want the warranty package at first and remember having this exact conversation with him as it was one of the key factors in my decision to purchase it. Even though I brought it to their attention and they had told me about the warranty package I figured they would get it fixed. From what I can tell from your AutoNation Ford location, which has been incredibly hard to get in contact with as no one picks up the phone and I was only able to get a call back after calling corporate by mistake, was that the warranty does not cover my screen nor the check engine. I know that the check engine light should still be covered under the we owe but I can't believe I was mislead to put it mildly into getting the warranty. They straight up lied. I run a business, I bought vehicles for family members, I anticipate buying any more vehicles. I liked my experience with Max my salesperson. This however has been an absolute nightmare not worth my time or money. I am respectful, honest, and understanding, and I also have no problem taking my business elsewhere or leaving this review, which ironically AutoNation keeps asking for via email. I am sorry to have purchased my vehicle from them and would not recommend. They have not apologized for misleading me, nor attempted to resolve my issues. The experience I had was a very pleasant one. I brought my Journey in for some service along with my 100,000 mile inspection. I received a quote prior to the work being done. My only concern is that I came in at 9 a.m. and my car wasn’t ready until 6:30 p.m. which meant I had to find a ride the next day since I was out of range for a complementary Uber. other than that my service manager was very nice to work with and did a great job of keeping me informed. These guys stepped up and fixed all the concerns I had with my truck. They even went further and flashed a new brake controller I installed into my truck so it would display properly on my instrument pane with my truck.
