I was there early first in line, was served third because Mr. Hernandez was late. He wanted to move my truck in, I asked him on price on fuel filter change, he gave me price of over 200.00 I said no that's over twice an oil change. Mr. Hernandez informed me oil change is over 250.00. I explained Taz gave me quote over phone of 107.00 plus tax. Mr. Hernandez said no she gave wrong price to you, that price is for a Hemi. so I left! Very upset. I was a contractor when me, or estimator, gave a quote that was it. I've never said someone gave you wrong price. More

Nick in service worked with a third party to help get the parts I needed for my van and helped with the warranty when the third party wouldn't work with it. I like the service but what l don't like they wash my car and made it dry in the sun and they didn't dry it with service advisor Nicholas Thomas. I have been to this dealer multiple times and did NOT have a good experience but this time I went in for a simple oil change and have them look into why my A/C recirculation fan was not functional even t have a good experience but this time I went in for a simple oil change and have them look into why my A/C recirculation fan was not functional even though it was on but via the push button and the touch screen. They are was returned to me with oil change completed and parts on order for the A/C. This was completed sooner than expected. So Kudos for that. Now why would you tie the A/C fan through a sun sensor? Why should the car care if the about the sun period. A/C should care.... but kudos to the dealership for this trip. More
