Went in initially for a recall, car had a check engine light which was diagnosed. I was sent a text message with an optional choice to fix the check engine light. All communication was handled properly an light which was diagnosed. I was sent a text message with an optional choice to fix the check engine light. First of all we had to make an appt just to drop the car off. No one looked at it for about 5 days, had to Call Tina the service girl a couple of times before she responded just to say she had no idea what off. No one looked at it for about 5 days, had to Call Tina the service girl a couple of times before she responded just to say she had no idea what was going on 2 days later called again still no idea what was going on, they did not know the whole time if my car was under warranty or not should be 7 yrs bumper to bumper no loaner or rental available finally just got frustrated and picked the car up the guy who was working on it happened to be off Saturday and left the car up in the air with no notes. As we picked the car up they said theres nothing wrong with your car. Thank you but we are going to get a second opinion. More

Just went in for an oil change and tire rotation so I only have experience with the service department. To begin with, when I booked an appointment to service my Jeep, the service was not booked as one of the free services I was offered when I purchased the car, but as a service I had to pay for. Fixed that my Jeep, the service was not booked as one of the free services I was offered when I purchased the car, but as a service I had to pay for. Fixed that myself. When I went to the dealership, they tried to up-sell me on an additional service, which is nowhere to be found on the Jeep recommended services for a car that had less than 15 000 miles on it at the time. Thankfully I know cars, and did not buy what they offered. Then left my car and waited a whole day for an oil change! Noone called me when the car was ready and I had to call to ask when I can pick it up. When I drove the car home, I noticed it was leaking oil on my garage floor. Not sure how they changed the oil, if they used the right ring, if they failed to clean after the oil was changed but the result was that my garage floor now has a huge oil stain thanks to the professionalism of those guys. Three stars, just because their GM is cool and nice and deserves 5 stars. Service gets 1 star, and that averages out to 3. More
