Do not go here! I made an appointment in person a week in advance! The guy on my date of the appointment showed up 33 minutes late! In addition to that he doesn’t bo I made an appointment in person a week in advance! The guy on my date of the appointment showed up 33 minutes late! In addition to that he doesn’t bother to hook up my car to an instrumentation and says to the person handling my case tell her we need it for 5-6 hours to diagnose! Red flag! I’m not kidding you when i tell you that my oil change with filters was $225.00! That’sa bit pricey for the customer service I received! No rentals were offered they do not do that nor do they network with any agency that would give a person a rental so your forced to have to make your own arrangements! Listen your time is worth more. They sell you these cars with extended warranties but they don’t honor their end of the deal. Creating more work for you to do. Any other dealership arranges travel to and from if they don’t have rentals. If they do have rentals they set it all up for you. Autonation sux is the short story here!!! Do not go here if at all possible. What a headache. The lack of responsibility is astounding! I’m guessing the mechanic that told me without hooking up my car to instrumentation must be psychic because he’s sure you all need it for 5-6 hours to diagnose and possibly 5-6 days to fix but not to worry it’s all under warranty! Except you don’t offer rides or arrange car rentals! You guys need to do better period. More
Took our Jeep Grand Cherokee into service for overheating. Guy Ganser our service writer was very friendly and kept us informed with what was happening with the problem. They did a free multi-poi overheating. Guy Ganser our service writer was very friendly and kept us informed with what was happening with the problem. They did a free multi-point inspection but gave no pressure to repair anything else if we didn't want it. The extended warranty we purchased with the car took care of the cost of the repairs minus our deductible. We were very Happy and will go back with the next repair. More
My service advisor Lamar was very knowledgeable and quickly had my issue resolved. They actually got me in and out the same day and I was afraid they were gonna have it for a while.
