VERY, VERY BAD. I have 14 issues, I called 4 times to talk to the Service Manager with assurances that he would call me back, NO, he did not call. Three of my main issues are: I feel I was overcharged. When my car was returned to me for a left taillight replacement, the right taillight was not working. Maxwell told me that I could fix it myself. WHAT???? Why didn't the technicians notice it and notify me before my car left their area; I was in the lobby. Plus, the charge for left taillight fix was too much. it's a long story. The mobile messages were also a disaster. Why can't I see my original quotes? I was told they "Disappeared" because the prices change from day to day. I thought a quote was a quote, not, "now you see it, now you don't". I have no interest in returning to this dealer. I will also tell everyone I talk to about this rudeness and experience. I have already notified ABC15 Let Joe Know. Along with them looking into the manner, they have referred me to ADOT where I can make an Automobile Dealer complaint. I'm still very sad, frustrated and disappointed. I hope something can be done and that someone will talk to me about this unfortunate visit. More
