Took my jeep to get work done. Service was amazing. Kept me in detail what was going on with my vehicle and the repair it needed to take care of the problem. I went to get my 2nd oil change that was included with my maintenance plan I paid for when I bought the truck. I literally sat for 3 hours. All they did was changed my oil and rotated my tires and it took t maintenance plan I paid for when I bought the truck. I literally sat for 3 hours. All they did was changed my oil and rotated my tires and it took them 3 hours. After that the guy came up and said I don’t have a warranty or anything and they don’t have record of my first oil change I got a few months prior. Just an over all waste of my time and poor experience. They didn’t prioritize me because I wasn’t spending money that day and it was included in something I already paid for. I can change my truck oil in less then an hour no problem. The only reason I went there was because it’s part of the plan I paid for. Hopefully next time they are more efficient with peoples time.
