I had a 9:30 am appointment for an oil change, fuel filter replacement, tire rotation and two recalls I was told that the recalls were only software updates. When I had not heard from anyone at 5:00 pm filter replacement, tire rotation and two recalls I was told that the recalls were only software updates. When I had not heard from anyone at 5:00 pm, I called and had to leave a message for my advisor. I finally heard back at 7:00 pm that the tech had not done the update yet but it would be ready tomorrow. I finally heard from them at noon the next day. After picking up the vehicle and returning home, I looked over the invoice. I noticed that I had been charged for filling my DEF tank for which I had declined. The tank was 7/8 full because I had put in a full box of DEF two days earlier. The invoice stated that the tank took “ two full bottles “ to fill. I was charged 79.99 for the DEF and 17.77 to fill it. There was no way for the tank took two bottles. I learned my lesson to check the whole invoice before leaving the dealership. I think I will only return for warranty work. More
Sadly my service experience was extremely poor and frustrating. Scheduled my appointment for Tuesday 5pm. Obviously I understood they would not see it till earlier the next day. Got a call on Thursday morning 10:30am saying car had been diagnosed and needed repair. He said it can be finished today and the costs would be $450. I told the service manager I had a warranty and he said email to me and I will see if it is covered. That was the last communication I received, I called back 3 times on Thursday and left voicemails and emails and got nothing. Called Friday Morning and afternoon and got nothing. Finally called a different number and got hold of a receptionist, who was very nice but proceeded to give me the run around, I asked for a supervisor and she said he was not available, I asked for the next manager and she said they are not available. I asked for a phone number for them and she said she could not provide one, It was truly amazing how well versed she was on her responses in order to avoid an excalation to a manager, Then Monday came around and I again called and got a hold of another receptionist and got the exact same run around, no manager or supervisor available. It was in shock they a service center could even function like this. Finally I got a call on tuesday from another guy Abrian ( the service supervisor) and he said all the things, people out, too many cars, etc.. He was very nice but could not provide a decent reason for a lack of communication. He finally got my warrantly information verified on Tuesday afternoon and car was repaired and I finally got it back Wednesday. I hate writing bad reviews but if you messages are going to say please bring your car here becuase we give excellent service, then they need to provide that service. Did not even get offered a complimentary oil change. I got that from another dealer because my oil change took 45 minutes longer than expected. WITHOUT DOUBT I WILL NOT be taking my vehicle back to Autonation Jeep. I do not recommend anybody else either. On a side note, in the time between taking my car and getting it back I got 3 offers from Autonation to buy my car. Funny how when they want something the intensity picks up. More

Friendly people but Abrian (the manager) never called me back after calling for days. He made me think they were really going to help me. My car was there for days and they couldn’t even do the recall on it back after calling for days. He made me think they were really going to help me. My service agent, Carl, is the best I’ve ever had at any dealership and I’ve bought many cars in my time that have all needed service.
