I was unable to pickup my truck during normal working hours and he met me at dealership on Sunday (closed) to make sure I had my vehicle for issues. I went on line to set up an appointment. There was one the following afternoon. So I grabbed that one. When I showed up and went through through the service issues, the manager asked me i There was one the following afternoon. So I grabbed that one. When I showed up and went through through the service issues, the manager asked me if they had told me it may be a while? Who? I signed up for an appointment on line. I only got a confirmation. As it turned out - my car sat at the dealer for SEVEN days before they even looked at it! After calling twice - they finally STARTED to work on it on Day 8!!!! I could understand if I just randomly walked in with my car. But if you allow me to set an appointment you need to have the resources to service my car in a timely manner. Worse case someone should have called me back as soon as I set the appointment online and advise me that their turn around times were over a week! More
